• Suspend accounts associated with false advertising information
• Remove expired, sold, or invalid advertisements

5. Broker and Agency Responsibilities

Registered brokers and agencies agree to:

• Maintain valid real estate licenses
• Avoid misleading advertising practices
• Respond professionally to inquiries
• Comply with UAE advertising and real estate laws
• Use platform communication systems carefully and within permitted laws

Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
